Do you come out to fix computers on-site in Durban?
Yes. Most of our work is on-site. We visit homes and offices across Durban, from Umhlanga and Durban North to Westville, Pinetown, Chatsworth and Amanzimtoti. Business clients outside Durban are visited by arrangement.
Can I drop off my laptop or PC instead?
Yes. You can drop off laptops and desktops at our base in Asherville, Sydenham (Durban 4091). WhatsApp us first so we know to expect you. We diagnose the fault, quote you, and let you know as soon as it is ready.
Do you offer remote IT support outside Durban?
Yes. Remote support works anywhere in South Africa. We connect securely to your computer to fix software, email, printer and network problems without anyone having to travel.
Do you help after hours and on weekends?
Our normal hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, but we regularly help clients after hours and on weekends, especially with remote support. WhatsApp 072 653 4373 and we will get back to you.
